Awareness
Cycle
The
Awareness Cycle is arguably the most intriguing out of six cycles as it
deals with the cycle of a widely misunderstood aspect about our
nature. Your
awareness
is how you connect with the world around you.
Our natural
process is to go from Awareness to
Perception to
Interpretation to Realization. Awareness
is undifferentiated
consciousness or the
sensing of something’s
presence or its existence.
Perception is differentiated
consciousness
meaning by way of your senses you can make something distinguishable.
Interpretation is the understanding of what you perceive. Within this phase you
will then
attribute meaning from your point of perception or point of view.
Finally, at this phase you can then accept what
you’ve
interpreted into your reality or you can reject it, this is
Realization; to conceive vividly as real.
You use your senses to become aware, perceive, interpret and realize your environment. Our senses, however, have been severely under-represented and mis-categorized by the medical and scientific community. Everything we hear, see, taste, touch and smell all go through the process of Awareness, Perception, Interpretation and Realization. Our five senses are essentially receptors to detect different forms and frequencies of vibration. This however covers an extremely limited range of receivable information. This is where learning your Awareness Cycle comes in. Have you ever had an episode where someone you were just thinking about calls you on the phone or the strong feeling that something was going to happen and it did? Of course you have, we all have… the question is what was it that allowed these instances to happen and how can we bring it about more consistently? |
